Deterioration of the post-tension cable and anchor system necessitated immediate structural repairs. Repairs included entire cable replacements, cable end replacements, cable anchor replacements and balcony slab waterproofing. Swaysland developed the project manual for the repairs, managed the project and performed special threshold inspections during the repair project.

Swaysland completed concrete repairs, structural strengthening, window and door replacement and painting projects for a timeshare property in Miami-Dade County. The project was completed in a shortened timeframe to minimize lost guest occupancy time.
